Karsai Nei Tsang
Traditional Taoist bodywork for men's energy, circulation, and vitality
Karsai Nei Tsang is a traditional Taoist bodywork practice for the lower abdomen, groin, and pelvic area, the place Taoist tradition sees as the body's center of vitality. It's a slow, focused, and deeply respectful practice, and one of the most profound forms of bodywork I offer.
What Is Karsai Nei Tsang?
Karsai Nei Tsang comes from the Taoist healing tradition, where it has been used to support men's energy and vitality for generations. The name is often translated as "organ detox massage." It focuses on the network of channels, lymph, and circulation that runs through the lower abdomen and pelvic area, where stress, long hours of sitting, and years of held tension tend to gather.
I learned this practice in Chiang Mai, Thailand, from Karsai master Khun Ni, and through my training in the Healing Tao tradition with Taoist Grand Master Mantak Chia.
