These short Taoist bodywork videos introduce the traditional techniques I use and teach, from Chiang Mai, Thailand, to my practice near Asheville, NC. Watch, learn, and get a feel for the work before your discovery call.
Tok Sen
A traditional Thai therapy that uses a wooden hammer and stick to tap gently along the body's energy lines. The rhythmic tapping helps release muscle tension and brings a deep sense of relaxation.
Chi Nei Tsang
A Taoist abdominal massage that uses gentle, focused pressure to release tension held in the belly. Practiced for centuries in Asia, it's known for calming both body and mind. Here, I give a session to Master Mantak Chia.
Gua Sha
A traditional Chinese technique using a smooth-edged tool to gently stroke along the skin. It's used to ease muscle tension, encourage healthy circulation, and promote relaxation.
Herbal Ball Massage
Warm compresses filled with turmeric, lemongrass, and other herbs, pressed gently over the body. A soothing Thai tradition used to ease muscle tension and joint stiffness, with a calming herbal aroma.
Karsai Nei Tsang
A traditional Taoist practice from northern Thailand that focuses on the lower abdomen and pelvic area, supporting healthy circulation and the flow of energy.
